1. Warranty Coverage

Brand Warranty:
For many of the products we sell, the warranty is provided by the brand itself rather than by us. If your product is eligible for the brand’s warranty:
- It will come with a warranty card.
- Keep the warranty card safe, as you will need it to contact the brand for any claims.
2. Making a Warranty Claim
Identify Your Warranty:
Before making a claim, check if your product has a warranty and whether it is provided by us or by the brand.
If Covered by the Brand:
- Use the warranty card provided with your product.
- Contact the brand directly for any warranty-related issues.
If Covered by Us:
- Provide your order number, details about the problem, and any photos if available.
We will review your claim and let you know the next steps, which may include a repair or replacement if applicable.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
- Repairs or changes made by someone other than an authorized service provider.
- Normal wear and tear of the product
