Brand Warranty:

For many of the products we sell, the warranty is provided by the brand itself rather than by us. If your product is eligible for the brand’s warranty:

  • It will come with a warranty card.
  • Keep the warranty card safe, as you will need it to contact the brand for any claims.

2. Making a Warranty Claim

Identify Your Warranty:

Before making a claim, check if your product has a warranty and whether it is provided by us or by the brand.

If Covered by the Brand:

  • Use the warranty card provided with your product.
  • Contact the brand directly for any warranty-related issues.

If Covered by Us:

  • Provide your order number, details about the problem, and any photos if available.

We will review your claim and let you know the next steps, which may include a repair or replacement if applicable.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
  • Repairs or changes made by someone other than an authorized service provider.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product
